'Purple Haze'
Day 19
Watercolor Batik on Ricepaper is a fun method of expression. I use hot wax as a resist to save the whites and lights to build all of the color. The wax is removed by ironing it out between newspapers. The ricepaper gives alot of texture along with intense colors. I usually paint larger pieces with Batik

'T.K.Coffee'
Day 9
T.K. Coffee is an incredible brew created by T.K. himself and is absolutely delicious. I think this will be the beginning of a series of drinks that we all enjoy.
Clayboard is a great surface that absorbs the paint, but allows you to pull out of it as well. It almost looks like acrylic.
