I was organizing my small artwork tonite to bring to a Wine, Cheese and Shopping event Thursday evening to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. I came across this painting that I had done a short while ago when I was painting acrylics. It is a feel good fun painting that makes me happy. I hope it makes you happy too.

I will donate 25% of all sales on my blog today to the American Cancer Society.

'First Esther'

Day 142 "First Esther' I am a couple of days late, but here is my first portrait attempt of my first grandaughter Esther. She just turned 3 years old, and is a wonderful, happy, beautiful little girl. She makes me happy every day, and someday I will paint a portrait of her that I am happy with. This piece is a start, and not the best, but I decided that I will share my oil painting voyage with all of you, so here it is. I have worked it too much and have learned from it. Thank you for your patience and encouragement.
